The first step in the process is a consultation, to establish your coaching objectives. Taona will contact you to arrange a time for the 30-min call.
After the consultation, Taona will provide a Proposal of Coaching Agreement, which will outline the plan to achieve the coaching objectives. After both parties agree, the proposal is finalised and the work begins.
Over the duration of the coaching process, there will be regular check-ins and coaching sessions, as agreed in the proposal.
