Growing up I have always been drawn to how things work, and how to make them better. As a coach, my focus is to facilitate a process that helps leaders and businesses define their goals, generate insights, and identify solutions that work for their unique situations. With the right process, you can attain successful results that are consistent and repeatable.

Taona has won multiple awards for projects and teams she has led. In 2019, she was awarded for developing a best practice model of onboarding staff by re-imagining how to create a culture of inclusion and belonging. Taona presented her award winning project at a National Conference, which resulted in her approach being adopted by colleagues overseas, leading to successful results in their teams.
Over the years Taona has mentored and coached individuals and businesses across a variety of areas, including how to create a resume that will get you an interview, implement systems that streamline internal communication and procedures, and motivate staff to drive innovation.
Taona’s formal qualifications are a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial and Management Accounting), Graduate Certificate (Marketing), Master of Business Administration, Executive Leadership Training (Design Thinking, Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times, Coaching Skills, and Applying Emotional Intelligence in Executive Leadership).
In 2019 Taona was part of the Australian Delegation to the United Nations Institute of Training and Research (UNITAR) XVI Annual Meeting of its Global Network.
Coaching works! Coaching as a process for achieving peak performance is borrowed from elite performers like athletes and actors. Bill Gates, one of the most prominent global leaders of our time, has said “Everyone needs a coach”.
