Taona is the Principal Coach of Afful Leadership & Business Coaching. Taona’s vision is to see people and businesses have clarity to focus on what really matters by ‘de-cluttering’ the busyness that steals time. As a Growth Strategist, Taona empowers people and businesses to optimise and achieve maximum results by focusing on people, processes, and productivity.

Taona has over 18 years of experience in the private, non-profit, and higher education sectors. She is an accountant and holds an MBA. She has Executive Leadership qualifications in Design Thinking and How to Lead Organisations in Disruptive Times.

Her experience includes successfully managing large scale budgets, being a key leader in organisational change processes, business analytics and intelligence, project management, and leading award winning teams. Through it all Taona inspires those she works with to be innovative and be lateral strategic thinkers.
